YouTube Pls Re-review my Channel and Give a Fair Reason On channel Termination.

Ok, so let's Start my False Termination Story on Youtube..

On 10th November 2025, at 1:29pm, my Youtube channel Terminated For Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scam Policy, but the real fact is that my Channel fully based on gaming content like Minecraft Challenges shorts and Pokemongo Videos, where i uploads daily 3 shorts of Minecrafts, so 3 shorts per day they consider it as Spam!!

My content focuses on brainrots challenges, and the thing is that I just started making these shorts from 5th September, but these types of shorts still uploading by big youtubers having 2 Million + Subscribers, and they are not terminated yet, what that means???

Obviously it means the content is not the problem, the problem is in their System where they consider my Channel Uploading 3 shorts per day as a Spam, and terminated my channel..

Still if someone wonders what type of content i uploads, I am giving links of other Youtubers shorts that uploads 99% same content like me and their shorts having same title everytime..

Now I want to ask @TeamYouTube, if my channel content is wrong, so how these channels are still alive??

Here I am not saying to terminate these channels too, I am just pointing that this content is not the problem..

Also everytime I chat with your Support team, they give me different reason on termination always, like one says, Redirecting to viewers to Third party site which I not performed, Second says Using bots to increase views, and this is really just a stupid reason, because my channel already performing well, so why I would try to farm views and Subscribers?

Now third one says *Incentivisation Spam*, now this is ridiculous, because my channel never have these practices, so how they can say that..

I am working on Youtube from 2017 with different-different niches on different channels, but now when I figured out the suitable niche for me, YouTube gave me sudden Termination, why? Because my channel growing rapidly?

So I request you @YouTube to kindly relook into my channel or atleast try to give me a Valid reason on termination not like saying Check our policy page, because I didn't violated any policy i guaranteed..

You fucking moron who's developing an AI moderation system for YouTube, you should have tested it on your mom first! This crap disables monetization on my channel 3 times in half a year! This time, my adsense account was blocked for allegedly invalid clicks! I have made hundreds of posts in which I have provided evidence of the absence of invalid clicks and other violations! And you stupid bastards don't do anything about it! I filed an appeal (case id: [4-3443000041810]) on June 8, but it is still pending! Why the fuck should I wait until it dawns on your stupid head that I have my adsense blocked by mistake? The only thing your team is good for is cleaning up after the cows on the farm!

Right man, they are just deploying AI without any test.
The actual test is begins on us directly.

I got my YouTube channel back. I created it on April 6, 2006, my birthday, and I never gave up fighting for it. I pushed for a real review and even had to get a lawyer involved, and it finally paid off. My channel had been terminated since December 4, 2025. #nevergiveup

It's been finally 160 days,
Sce Youtube Terminated my gaming channel with reason Spam.
I told them 100+ times that content is not the problem, the problem is in your system but they can't accept that.
I really need a lawyer to handle my case @TeamYouTube
