@SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile I have reached out via your X (formerly Twitter) handle and even visited a service center, yet I am not receiving any positive response from anywhere. What should I do?

Can you grasp the severity of the problem I am currently facing? I purchased a model from you for ₹65,000, and it has suddenly started malfunctioning—through no fault of my own.

@SamsungIndia @SamsungSupport resolution as soon as possible.

Please respond and help resolve this issue. 🙏

Yesterday, I raised a complaint here regarding my Samsung Galaxy S24 (8GB/256GB), as spots are appearing on my phone’s display automatically.

Today, I visited the Samsung Service Centre expecting a proper solution, but unfortunately.

Dear @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile, @Samsung

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S24 (8GB RAM | 256GB Storage), and spots are appearing automatically on my phone’s display. 😔

I am disappointed to face this issue on a premium Samsung smartphone.
