I started Reta first. Used it alone for a month and a few weeks.
After that month+ I introduced Tesamorelin and noticed:
- scale dropped a lot quicker
- sleep improved (I would naturally wake up every morning around 3am. Since taking it sleeps been deeper I don’t wake up at 3am anymore)
- on days I didnt meet my macro / carbs I still had a shit ton of energy
After 2 weeks I introduced MOTS-C and to be honest it’s my fist cycle but I did notice:
- my cardio sessions lasted longer, I’m not a big cardio fan
- I started sweating 10x more during my gym session + cardio sessions
- same thing with carbs, on days I didn’t meet my carb macros I would still have crazy energy
About to cycle off MOTS-C. 4 months on / 4 months. Hoping after my 3-4 4th cycle on mots-c I’ll have more to say.
