@BayVillageLAX My son is part of Normandy’s track teamnand we were at Bay Village yesterday for a meet that ended early. Dylan, his family, and the entire Bay Village community has been in my thoughts & prayers since finding out about this tragic accident. My heart goes out to you.
@ksorbs Yes, if it makes sense for the position and the employee has shown high productivity. Government offices are usually located in downtowns necessitating long commutes. Providing work-life balance solutions like working from home 2-3 days a week leads to better employees.
@libsoftiktok Wouldn’t it be better real estate cost savings to let those jobs where hybrid/remote works to keep it that way and lease smaller office space? Are we going to lose talent who can’t live in an area due to circumstances? Such a blanket rule is not best business practice!
@discourse_dive@WallStreetMav Remote/hybrid schedule is a perk offered by many companies. This perk attracts and retains employees that, if taken away, will cause us to lose the best of our federal workforce as they leave for the private sector.
@DanFriedman81@ComfortablySmug A blanket statement that is completely untrue. There are many dedicated federal workers who work a remote schedule. Taking away this perk that many other companies offer will just lead our best workers to seek employment elsewhere.
@TrivWorks Your tweet is spot on! I remember this day. My teacher took my class to another classroom to watch and as we were walking back, he admitted that he applied to be a teacher and even made it through several rounds. Made the situation even more real.
@GraceHere53 My in-laws live in the country. Internet at times can be spotty. Usually have no issues browsing the web but streaming videos, even 5 minute YouTube videos is frustrating because it often lags.
@Tee4EjamiNDays@CarneAsada74 It worked with the characters of Jack and Jennifer back in the late 80s/early 90s. It was a beautiful story of co-workers turned friends and then falling in love.
@lilyd4life @reunite_xarah @TMoore8114 I voted Ejelle but it has nothing to do with Ejami. I have watched Days on and off since the mid80s and have only seen Sami with Austin & Lucas. I didn’t watch most of the EJ years so while I know they have history, I didn’t see it. Plus EJelle remind me of Jack & Jen.
@ZubyMusic I go to the gym after dropping my kid off at school. If I go home, I am tempted to get into other things. It’s a way to hold me accountable. Plus, I use the weights afterwards. On weekends, I will exercise outside.
