A case was opened into animal neglect at a home on Junipero Ave on PCB. A search warrant was served on 12/3/25.
A strong odor of animal waste made entry difficult into the home.
Arrested was Brooklyn Patterson, animal owner, on 3X Agg Animal Cruelty and 2X Animal Cruelty.
