It was important to us that as many of our botanicals as possible came from local and/or organic suppliers.

We knew that many less exclusive gins were made using a gin concentrate with added flavourings. This wasn’t for us! Our range of gins use proper fresh ripe fruit.

Bay Distilleries started in our heads at virtually the same time, in fact, the same evening, chatting on a certain famous multimedia platform. We are Chris and Jonathan, two friends that frequently share too many Gin and Tonics.
