oh, and I didn't mention, two agents were willing to make the changes for me, but one manager added a note preventing anyone from making changes to my account.
@AmericanAir Disappointing experience changing my international flight boarding for the 2nd leg starting while I am still on the previous flight and not allowing me to change it making it a very stressful experience before my family and I even begin our trip.
@TMobile What a shame! I get an email from T-Mobile asking for a survey/forum experience. I got disqualified after answering the first question about my background. Even surveys are biased!
@AirCanada Insulting customer experience! Waited 4.5 hours to get help with a reservation only to be told by an agent that I have waisted 12 min of their time and the hung up the call on me! Disgusted!

@Citi Very dissapointed that calling customer care to address a merchant offer glitch turned into 5 transfers to wrong departments and over an hour of waiting on the line for a manager finally telling me that they won't address my problem. Citi customer for over 15 yrs.
@bw_waterheaters disappointed experience with my heater’s control valve. A little after one year of use and it gave up on me. Bradford refused to send a replacement.
@LGUS disappointing customer service from LG. Somehow was enrolled in auto subscription and called to cancel order. Rep literally yelled at me, and I am stuck with the order now that I have to ship back.
