One of the worst things you can do when someone is speaking about trauma they’ve experienced is devalue what they have to say with your irrelevant opinion. Listen, learn, and act in a way to be a better person toward them and everyone else around you.

So let me clear it up:
THINNER does not mean better
THINNER does not mean happier
THINNER does not mean healthier
and THINNER does not mean more valuable

What do I feel like I can shift to support my body BETTER?
