Many of you reached out asking how much of ivermectin paste you should take (aka horse dewormer). So I made it easy for you and created another table with dosage protocol using the paste.

The dosages are calculated based on 1.87% strength which equates to 1g of veterinary paste = 18.7 mg of human tablets.

Use digital scale capable of 0.01 g (10 mg).
This formula is applicable for pure ivermectin paste only. Some brands sell a mix of Ivermectin and Prasiquantel in which case a different formula is required.

Why would you opt for a horse paste? Because unfortunately in most of the countries people are deprived from ivermectin access.

I listed some brand name examples - but this isn't a conclusive list. Many equine pastes use the same formulation but are sold under different brand/label names depending on region and supplier.

IVERMECTIN: FULL DOSAGE SCHEDULE FOR CANCER & PREVENTION

LOW DOSE: ≤ 0.5 mg/kg/day
**Best for:**
- Cancers in remission
- Strong family history or genetic predisposition

**Quick conversion example (for a 60 kg / 132 lb person):**
- Low: ≤30 mg/day
- Medium: 60 mg/day (≈5×12 mg tablets or 1 teaspoon liquid)
- High: 120 mg/day
- Very High: ≥150 mg/day

Many anecdotal reports exist of long-term daily use (months to over a year) with no serious toxicity, but individual responses vary.

Always work with a knowledgeable clinician, especially if you have pre-existing conditions (e.g., vision issues or glaucoma). This is for educational purposes only.
