I don't agree with these Labour MPs about economic policy but they are right about the Treasury.

They are the architects of the managed decline of Britain and they have a vice-like grip on economic policy.

They expanded their power with the Bank of England Act 1998 and the creation of the @obr.

This whole structure needs to be dismantled.

The Office of the Prime Miinister should determine Public Spending.

The @OBR_UK should be abolished.

The BOE Act 1998 should be repealed.

Senior Treasury Officials should be appointed by the Chancellor and be drawn from business and industry.

Until this happens - nothing will change.
