Our Roundhouse at Bayview Place 10-acre site proposal would only add 4 additional buildings over-and-above the number approved in the 2008 zoning approval, on the northern 2/3rds of the site that was under-utilized then. It’s a BIG piece of land that needs to be used responsibly!
