I played more Tarkov in the pre-cut era then post. I remember the videos, the tweets, the chats, complaints and all in-between.

"People just run to the loot and sell on flea". "Labs is just hatchets hunting LEDX". "PvP is screwed because there is too much armor it's too easy to get" "People just buy m995,BP,M80 on the flea". "I die immediately to some dude with no intia with peakers advantage with all class 6 before I see them on my screen". "Hatchets just rush marked room customs is dead".

No, I know what I'm talking about. I lived it for thousands of hours before the majority of the current streamer base even touched the game and doesn't even know what life was like pre-flea or FIR.

Again, I think there are pros and cons and I think an open economy is actually better... But everyone is acting like FIR didn't have a purpose. It was added to the game because people complained. Just like they are now with it being removed.
