@LeedsWine @Whiskitter @Phibro13 @berrybrosrudd Retailer who are also complaining about the secondary market. But it’s this widespread practice of privately selling allocations that is also fuelling the secondary market. Look at pats club auction. All privately sold Daftmill new releases.

@LeedsWine @Whiskitter @Phibro13 @berrybrosrudd You are right. What’s done with it after it’s sold is absolutely no ones business but the buyers. I guess as a drinker (never sold a bottle) I’ve gotten jaded by the sheer number of whisky retailers who have sold out before they’ve even listed.

@spiritsbusiness IMO @berrybrosrudd doing a massive disservice to whisky drinkers. Their trade arm Fields Morris & Verdin completely mismanaging the allocation of new #Daftmill releases by selling to untrustworthy retailers who don’t sell their allocations RRP but instead flip

I have heard Francis Cuthbert talking about how much he despises flipping so it’s refreshing to see action being taken against retailers who exploit demand for his Whisky. I still haven’t been able to source a bottle as yet.

@BarclaysUKHelp 362 days. That’s how long it took your bereavement service to close my mothers account. No probate. £158. The single most painful, stressful & frustrating thing I had to deal with following her death. You seriously need an independent to overhaul this service

@WhiskyExchange whoever is employed to add new products to your website should be fired for being stupid. Adding #Daftmill single cask UK to new whisky category but not to all new products category, when all the other new Whisky’s are added to all new products. Just stupidity!!!!

@TheWhiskyShop Hi, I upgraded my whisky shop account to include membership. Will I have to wait for membership card to be activated before I can enter the ballot? At the moment it is pending.
