@Azfura Switching to dumbbell bench occasionally. I’m also a big fan of drop sets at the end of your workout to really burn out your chest. There are many more knowledgeable than me but this is what I did and it seemed to work.
@Azfura I’ve recently ran into this same problem. 2 major things that helped me break that barrier were making sure I’m eating right (mostly just getting enough protein per day) and varying my rep ranges. Doing some slow and controlled sets with lower weight, pause sets, and (pt. 1)
