No better way to spend 5 hrs on a rainy day-watched 6th gr, 3rd gr, and kdrgtn BB games! Best thing-boys had a great time, fans never yelled at officials or coaches, played m4m defense, K-3 used colored wrist bands to match up and all played equal time! @USABYouth

Very well coached team that is going to make the right play. Focuses in on defense and doesn’t take it for granted. They have shooters on the outside that will make you pay if you leave them open.
Competitors compete to win, but can’t win every time. Life is the same way. No one comes out on top every time. Look at your adverse situations as an opportunity to learn and grow. Become mentally stronger. Accept your losses. Winning isn’t normal; adversity creates character!
Parents: Teach kids that their relationship with their coach is THEIR relationship. They have to take the initiative to work out issues instead of depending on you to do it. Don’t intervene on their behalf unless it’s absolutely necessary. That kind of independence is invaluable.
Parents whether you believe it or not, your son or daughter’s team chemistry can be ruined at your dinner table or on the ride home from the game
Let your kids be coached. Don’t turn them into individuals in a sport that requires total team effort to be successful.
We responded well after losing to a talented Russellville squad on Thursday with 2 wins over Brookland and Nettleton. We got better this weekend! Hope to see everyone out at our own tournament next week! #GoPanthers
