I don’t usually bash companies publicly, but I feel like this deserves some attention. I recently tried listing some tickets on @itslysted but was unable to have my account approved due to their identity verification system not being able to “match” my entered information 1/3

with whatever database they seem to have. I’ve double, hell, even triple checked that all my entered information is correct. Rather than working on a solution or manually verifying my information, their support has instead essentially told me to F off and list my tickets 2/3
