I placed a large order yesterday to be delivered today. Upon checking my online order I found it had disappeared. Phoned customer service who could not explain why but assured me it would be delivered. I am disabled so cannot go to store. Its a £150 order

@virginmedia is there an issue with virgin tv in the b23 area. Service status checker is down so cannot get an answer from there. Internet seems fine but tv playing up. Thanks

@piersmorgan there is too much confusion on who can & cant work. According to my hubby work. Garden hosepipe & garden equipment are essential because the company sell to essential stores like asda b&q ect. No 2m safe distance. In your own words. The worlds gone nuts xx
