@311Toronto what is the point putting a snow clearing service request for an area that was never cleared in the last storm... almost 3 weeks ago. If you conclude it as complete but don't actually do anything?! I've fallen multiple times in this area while walking with a cane.

@cityoftoronto @311Toronto Calling it "reclear" is wild considering they never cleared. @oliviachow 3 weeks since the big snow fall and I keep falling (I'm handicap too) in my neighborhood because they never cleared the sidewalks. Put in a service request that got concluded, but they didn't do anything.
