Q. You’ve showcased a variety of concepts with each album. Which concepts feel the most comfortable for you, and which ones push you out of your comfort zone?

🎸 I think a more sophisticated and laid-back vibe, like “Talk Saxy,” suits me best.

Q. Which lyric from one of your songs holds the most meaning for you?

🎸 There’s a line in “Soar” that says, “I’m not even afraid of falling.” I actually have a bit of a fear of heights, so that lyric particularly stuck with me.

Q. Through various charitable activities, you support children and young people. When did you first realize that art has the power to heal people?

🎸 Whenever I meet our fans in person and hear them say that our music and video content helped them get through difficult times and brought them comfort, I think it reminds me that music has the power to heal people.
