@ddb_dan @Bounce_BackLoan There shouldn't be an issue but it seems everyone is having one and it would be good to know the exact reason for HSBC turning people down.
@AnneBoden I'm hearing more reports of you deleting legal agreements and loan docs from customers account areas. @MartinSLewis can you investigate this as seems a recurring issue where customers have signed agreements for BBL's and now @StarlingBank have gone back on their word
@jamieludlow @nevempeti @MartinSLewis@StarlingBank A bunch of people have said @StarlingBank have hidden behind the fact they're allowed 8 weeks to provide a final response. I have been told that customers don't need to wait and can contact the Ombudsman before as it's a time sensitive issue.
Followed up today with 6 people who have had problems with BBL's from @StarlingBank and @AnneBoden still hasn't picked up the phone or messaged them back. @AnneBoden is just full of empty promises and marketing BS on her twitter.
@AnneBoden@jdmcnaught@jos_elite@StarlingBank@AnneBoden try picking up the phone and helping customers who have had their accounts froze without explanation, been wrongly turned down for a BBL or even been accepted for a BBL only to have it reversed days later and the money taken and legal agreements deleted.
