@suttle_zac99058 @JDVanceNewsX Way to straw man my argument and resort to petty insults. Now, I won't assume anything of your intelligence, but that wasn't what I was trying to say. I'm saying that the government making a law saying there are only two genders is something they should not be focusing on.
@Kaida_B_ @JDVanceNewsX You're correct on the last part. The reason why I am saying they are neither female nor male is because I am going off the definition that either or is defined by their genitalia and / or chromosomes since that is a common definition I've seen, intersex does meddle with that
@SianHerfield @JDVanceNewsX They, biologically, do not fit the standard definition or binary of male or female due to having certain genital or chromosomal characteristics. Or it at the very least muddles those waters.
@Kaida_B_ @JDVanceNewsX Maybe I am just bad at explaining this due to intersex being a complicated case, but I am trying to say that intersex people are not entirely male or female or can just be put into one or the other. Biologically, they possess characteristics that don't fit into male or female.
@SianHerfield @JDVanceNewsX I was giving a flawed explanation, which is my fault. However, my point of them being considered neither male nor female biologically still stands since that defines something as intersex.
@Kaida_B_ @JDVanceNewsX You're right that my explanation on them having the genitals or chromosomes of both was not entirely correct. But my point still stands on them not being either male or female. They can consider themselves either or, but biologically, they are technically neither.
@Kaida_B_ @JDVanceNewsX It's having genitals or chromosomes of both genders, which would make them both genders or unable to be put as male or female due having the genitals of both.
@SianHerfield @JDVanceNewsX The thing is that they are BOTH male or female, not just one or the other. Which is why they are separated into their own category. So saying that they are male or female is objectively wrong.
@JDVanceNewsX People are tied to their own opinions, but this shouldn't even be a federal or even state policy. The government should focus on keeping the nation running, not culture war nonsense.
Also, what about intersex? They're people who genuinely do not fit into binary sexual class.
@MikeUnfazed@manaroad@SNARKINATOR @JDVanceNewsX If he's in the place where he wants freedom of religion and for that right to be protected, then he's in the right place. However, if you want to be in a place where only your faith is practiced, go find that respective country.
@SNARKINATOR @JDVanceNewsX To follow up, yes, of course Islam doesn't hold loyal to a specific government. It is loyal to allah. Like how Christianity is loyal to Christ and God.
@SNARKINATOR @JDVanceNewsX A theocracy is a government that follows divine guidance or, in laymens terms, a religion. There are theocracies that follow Islam, which does not mean Islam is a theocracy since it is not a government. Which, by the constitution's definition, is protected by the 1st.
@DickerDownnn @toridianne_ @lameyzzz Honestly, the only thing I've gotten from this rather enlightening back-and-forth. Is that you're the one who'll actually die alone and misreable due to being an insecure misogynist who lacks actual character.
@BredsguardDalen@nanakarenlou@akafacehots I don't think it's phones, not entirely, more so it's just society. An unending deluge of stress that over time erodes you and numbs you. Tho to some degree phones play their hand in it.
@MTnutz @JonTom10198070 @Rightanglenews@LeadingReport I would like to hear your examples, but my main point isn't that the military would be more lethal because it has trans people, but that trans people shouldn't be pushed out of the military just because they're trans.
