Our new title of honour recognises healthcare professionals who have made outstanding contributions to cardiology and whose work has had a real impact on the future of cardiovascular medicine in the UK and beyond.

FBCS is awarded through an application process and is open to current Ordinary, International and Emeritus BCS members, who meet the outlined criteria.

- Ryan McNally has been awarded the Individual Clinical Placement for a Healthcare Professional for up to one month

- Natali Chung and the St Thomas' Pregnancy Heart Team have been awarded the Team Placement for a Team of up to six people for one week
