@bluegrassctc 100% of the women who have completed the welding program have been offered employment, are employed, and have been promoted to managment positions in the welding industry.
AMTEC is partnering with @OCTC_KCTCS on an @NSF project to identify barriers for women in skilled manufacturing trades and to develop solutions to overcome those barriers. One thing that has been discovered is flexible delivery is a MUST for these women.
