@grumpy_gent @Cackalacman It probably happens several times per tournament where players are not penalized. In this case tournament officials reviewed video and determined there was no violation.

@Cackalacman I’m not saying that at all. I think rules should be enforced equally for all players for the whole tournament. Who is to say that a penalty not called in the first couple rounds doesn’t carry great weight. Not just one caught on camera and reviewed.
