September is Suicide Prevention Month and i just want to remind everyone to check in on your loved ones, and I mean really check in and remind them that they’re loved, hold value to your life and their own, strong, and NOT a burden.
Hard time of year for a lot of folks. National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1-800-273-8255. A simple copy and paste might save someone's life.
Would 3 Twitter friends please copy this text and post under their own name?
Men, you do not need to “man up” or “stop acting weak.” Your mental health is important and you don’t deserve to be shamed for just being human. You are not less than for any of these things. You are enough.
I know some say bands saved their life but please give YOURSELF the credit. Music is a soundtrack to help us cope but you have to recognize your OWN strength to respect it & applaud yourself for pushing through those awful times. YOU did that. No one can take that away from you.
Today is the last day of Suicide Prevention Month, but that doesn’t mean the conversation should end.
We all need to talk about suicide every single day, not just on a specific day, week, or month.
We all have the power to help decrease the stigma of suicide.
September 10th is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay.
Not just today, but every day, we need to foster conversations about suicide and check up on our family & friends.
Suicide can affect anyone regardless of age, race, gender, sexuality, religion, or socioeconomic status.

Today is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay.
Nearly 45,000 Americans die by suicide every year. But now, with the help of social media, there might be a way to predict if a person is at risk, @tvkatesnow reports.
If somebody feels alone, sad, broken, empty, or suicidal, can they reach out to you for support?
If yes, please retweet so that they know they can message you. 👐🏼💛
