Today we hosted our annual “Hoops For Peace” youth basketball tournament for the youth and community to kick off our yearly peace campaign: I Care For Peace! ~ let em’ see the real Chicago!

Our youth leaders is at the south side community forum held at Saint Sabina Church w/ Chicago’s community commission for public safety & accountability. They told the panel the new police supt needs to meet monthly w/ youth activists orgs to actually listen to & be accountable!

Some of our HS teen leaders traveled to New Orleans this weekend for a youth leadership retreat to enhance in public speaking, panels debates along with peer & community organizing! Our very own original & Senior BRAVE members: @Trevonbosley1 and Amani Johnson led us!
