Last Saturday, we hosted #BarbershopTalks at The Men's Corner Grooming Studio in Khomasdal. 💈
This intervention is designed for young men & delivered in a male-oriented space to encourage honest conversations on emotional health, relationships, social pressures, & masculinity.
The men also spoke about the importance of recognising and expressing their emotions, particularly when dealing with issues that affect them.
They noted that this can be challenging, as many were raised in environments where their emotional well-being was often overlooked.
