@AnnetteBoaz@LSHTM @scft_research O that’s lovely news on many levels. And a wonderful time capsule tweet - so pleased the parcel actually did arrive, waited patiently for you, and wasn’t edible - well, it wasn’t meant to be but the choice is yours :)
@AnnetteBoaz@atbednarek@Evidence2Impact@AmberJMace Need a double like button. My January shot through on the hyper reverse: “relevance of speed”. Not ref to drug. Tho maybe could have used neuroboost to manage deadlines, grant/contract paperwork, and detritus that ‘the processes’ deemed January would be best bog harvest month.
@klipperdoc Channeling your inner Yoko Ono. Apparently she took George’s hidden digestives and sparked a Beatles barney. Story made Daily Mirror. So must be true.
@AnnetteBoaz That looks like it ticks a few positive Hs for a new year start, esp healthy. And maybe (h)ambitious? Grateful for the caption. My Australian brain in the sunshine first saw a coal miner convention.
@k_eagar@RealOzSAGE Australia banned terms like “light” and “mild” as deceptive on cigarette packaging about evidence-based consequences for health. Industry weaseled around the vocab. Hopefully we won’t see emergence of ‘super fine COVID with classic taste’
@k_eagar Not sure now where to put a child to keep them safe - all environments known to me are COVID positive - home, shops, childcare, hospital. Perhaps the most COVID free safe place is a shoebox in that bottom drawer where the evidence is being shoved
@redtraumakate@BradHazzard ABC radio interview with Dr Clare Skinner @ACEMPresident - praised ED staff as resourceful but cited analogy of current situ as a “sandcastle built too close to the shore”. Need more buckets to shift COVID sand dump from ED
@caid_research@fasttrackimpact Well done UOW: mentioned as an ‘example of good practice’ in developing a “Dedicated impact strategy” for research. Let’s work together to make sure we walk the talk @uowresearch @UOW_VC
@SurfFlexLab @UOW_VC @SurfEngineers@ISEA_Journal@Dr_Tom_Allen@uowresearch Love this Marc. So useful to be reminded that waves were in the sea before they were COVID. I have yet to admire your board collection - will wander down in new year when next at iC.
