In celebration of Black History Month this year and every year, we at Mightily want to give thanks to Vince Culler for creating Vince Cullers Advertising, Inc. In 1956, it was the first black-owned agency in the U.S. and the first to actively target African Americans.
Togetherness and Tryptophan: The Mightily Team had its annual pre-holiday pot luck and most of us even managed to stay awake for afternoon dessert. Good job, everyone. Happy Thanksgiving!

At Mightily, we’re passionate about many things: diversity, equality, inclusion. And damn good work.
For the Pride Festival, we produced a series of posters — Reflect on Pride — that looks back on watershed moments in the fight for equality. Thank you
@QueerKentucky!
Never ones to wing it, Mightily’s two-day summit with the good people at Newport News-Williamsburg Airport was full of planning and brainstorming. We’re looking forward to take off!

When we’re feeling stressed at work, here’s how we deal with it:
Sit in the sun and read, squeeze a stress ball, hide under plants … and silly dogs!

It's National Women's Small Business Month!
Lesa explains her philosophy on being a female business owner:
“Don’t think of yourself as small, but as a business; surround yourself with a talented, trusted, loyal team; and most importantly, demand a seat at every table.”
Say hi to Ashley, our newest senior account executive. Quick with a smile, she brightens the office with her enthusiasm and know-how. Ashley likes trying new restaurants, hanging with friends, exercising, and painting everything. (Seriously, if it's not moving, she'll paint it.)
We recently visited our partners at @parkcommunity to learn more about how they’re making positive change in the Russell Neighborhood and beyond. This virtual bank (or ITM) is one example of Park’s commitment to improving services in underserved communities.
