⚠️ Forced to arrange late-night travel after bus fails to arrive, family wins Rs 7,800 payout ⚠️

This case is an example of why consumers are in pathetic state in India.

Imagine going through all this, then investing time and money with all mental energy to go to consumer court. Finally win Rs.7800.

These orders from courts have failed us consumers.
When will they upgrade and have spine to impose few lakhs of fine and compensation to the consumers.

If these service providers, brands had fear of loosing amount which make a dent in their bottom line, balance sheets then they will never mess up with the king (consumer).

Hope the courts wakeup, as they say #jagograhakjago , now we shd also add #jagoConsumerCourtJago

🙏🏼
