#BiharTeachersNeed7thPay
In states like Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Jharkhand, teachers are recruited directly at Level-6/7/8 of the 7th CPC (Grade Pay 4200/4600/4800), where the starting basic pay itself is PRT-тВ╣35,400 TGT-44,900 PGT-47,600.
Meanwhile, in Bihar, the basic salary for new BPSC teachers starts at just тВ╣25,000, which is a mountain of inequality and a malicious attitude from the government!!
The survey by IIT Patna and the Water Resources Department has made it clear that Bihar is no longer a water-rich state. Per capita water availability is declining so rapidly that the state has entered the 'water stress' category.
Bihar once had around 600 rivers, but today the situation is such that the government has to identify 340 rivers and launch a special campaign for their rejuvenation. Unregulated groundwater extraction and obstructions in the natural flow of rivers have emerged as its biggest enemies.
Jharkhand students have won. ItтАЩs a new chapter in Indian democracy. Student protests rarely succeeded. Expect more & more. The floodgates are open.
I donтАЩt understand why Biharis continue to expect anything good from him... If you are still doing this, you're ignoring the obvious pattern... He is exploiting your emotions for attention. Stop begging.
We have the crowd. India's youngest population (median age just 22). That's a massive economic base. As we construct one of the best sports infra, sport city, stadiums and an unmissable stage, the money, sponsors & investors will come knocking on their own.
The talks are already underway... at the highest level. IPL in Bihar will be a reality soon... sans Anil Agarwal. Wait for a year.
