Two 4-year-old boys from DC on a playdate, playing with trains:
Boy 1: “My train is driving like a maniac!”
Boy 2: “What’s a maniac?”
Boy 1: “A maniac is like... a Maryland driver!”
My big city girl really comes out when I’m driving in other cities and towns. I was driving to the store for my sister and was wondering why everyone was honking at and passing me. Turns out I was going 35 in a 45. And that felt fast to me.
The more time I spend I major cities the more I realize that I was 100% meant to be a city girl. If I ever leave DC it will most likely be for another major city
I love living in DC except when I have to drive from downtown to Nats park during cherry blossom season and a game. Then I just want to move back somewhere where it doesn’t take me more than an hour to go 3 miles

Marvel lately has taught me I would never make a good hero because if the villains attractive enough I’m on their side. Namor asking me to burn the world together? Okay! Kang saying he’ll destroy every universe but mine? Sounds good to me!
It’s dangerous for me to be sick because when I’m bored laying in bed, I online shop. At least when I feel better I’ll have some packages arriving hopefully 😅
