@CitizensBank Why do I have to receive a notification about a bill I've paid electronically? The inability to turn this off is frustrating. Tell me why this cannot be shut off??

@maurices What's going on with order confirmation emails? Was told by customer service that the system is updating?? Not sure why no one can confirm that my order was completed...
@Ask_Spectrum Not sure what your service appt protocol is but I'm betting it's NOT call the customer once then leave without even bothering to knock on the door. Pretty aggravated about this & now waiting for 3-4 days for another appt. 😠
@ATTHelp Given that every response via dm is from a different person does not instill confidence. As I said I don't have time to try to explain the issues YET again. Your service is not something I would recommend.
Pretty sure @ATT is still using a DOS based system for their wireless phone service. And their customer service is most likely the worst that I've ever encountered. #hoursofmylifewasted
@ATTHelp No thanks, 6 calls to customer service & multiple tweet messages prove otherwise. I don't want to waste any more time trying to talk to anyone about it. You make me want to get a burner phone...
@ATT I've never been so frustrated with customer service. A discount causes a billing cycle change? 5 phone calls over 3 weeks to determine the issue is TOO much.
I'm not really sure why I care more for people that don't seem to remember our friendship...
