@TAt3157p@adammocklerr I said I’d let you know what I thought after I saw it, and I’m just gonna say the movie is fucking phenomenal. It is the shortest three hour movie I’ve ever seen, and I’m genuinely going to see it again. I hope that you watch it
Having just watched The Odyssey, I thank God every day that I can actually enjoy good things because I’m not some racist, miserable, chronically online, constantly angry, “anti-woke” grifting right wing loser fuck who has to pretend the movie was bad 😌😌😌
@mypalal I hope rotten tomatoes removes your review eligibility. The fact that you decided to intentionally negatively review a film just to drive down the review score shows that you’re a disingenuous person who doesn’t deserve the ability to place reviews on the site.
@RottenTomatoes
Oh nice. Anti-Wokesters passing around pirated clips of the The Odyssey as the last-ditch effort to kill the movie since they know it's headed for a good opening weekend...
@SleeeeepyT@ShazBoi2003 Shut the fuck up. I’m so over it with you stupid fucks whining about this movie. I wish that I could just give you a brown paper bag and let nature take its course because idiots like you would not know how to get out of it
@SleeeeepyT@ShazBoi2003 Elon literally did start it, you stupid fuck. You are the epitome of what’s wrong with the world today. Bigots, racist, and incels like yourself who go around on the Internet anonymously spreading hate are the saddest pieces of shit on this planet
@SleeeeepyT@ShazBoi2003 Quip being disingenuous. It was right-wing morons The only person who started this shit was Elon Musk over a casting. They hadn’t even seen the movie, and they were whining. JFC the right call the left snowflakes while actively being snowflakes
Don’t let ignorance hatred or fear dictate what stories you experience
#TheOdyssey is art It’s a film to be explored discussed & appreciated not reduced to a narrative someone wants you to believe
Make your own judgments & experience the story for yourself
@odysseymovie#IMAX
@EzraCubero It’s not practical for now. There was word of them looking to be acquired. If a company at scale like Apple were to acquire them, then it would be feasible. There’s still the problem of having the screens to put them in but that’s a different problem.
Apple needs to buy IMAX immediately! Correct me if I’m wrong but it really sounds like he is saying they can not build more.
I think Apple would drive innovation and help us get more IMAX screens
Will we see more IMAX 70mm screens in the U.S. after #TheOdyssey?
"There's certainly more demand, the problem is they haven't made new IMAX film projectors in about 50 years," says IMAX CEO Richard Gelfond. "So we retrofit them, rebuild them and part of our strategy is to see how far we can take it. But certainly, demand-driven, I'd like to see more."
⚔️ Christopher Nolan has done it again.
Early reactions are calling The Odyssey another masterpiece, with critics praising its breathtaking scale, emotional storytelling, and stunning IMAX spectacle. Described as a powerful meditation on storytelling itself, Nolan's adaptation of Homer's epic is already being hailed as one of the director's finest achievements.
