DoesItPlay? and @StopKilingGames are announcing that we're backing SM&C's (Stichting Massaschade & Consument) lawsuit against Sony over its total control of PlayStation Store pricing. We're putting our full weight behind SM&C's case, with the Dutch court.

SM&C has to show the court it actually represents gamers, not just claims to. Our support backs that up globally. Every Dutch gamer who signs on backs it up directly.

Signing on there is what proves to the court that real gamers, not just a foundation, stand behind this. This is a class action lawsuit, so even if you're technically covered without signing up, your name on the record is what counts.

We have been hard at work on something many of you have asked for: bringing the TeknoParrot experience beyond Windows.

Today, we are excited to confirm that Android and Linux are now part of our official roadmap.

INITIAL LAUNCH SUPPORT

The initial cross-platform launch will support:

• Various PC-based arcade games

• The System 246/256 library

• The SEGA Chihiro library

This is a major new chapter for TeknoParrot and arcade preservation.

Android opens exciting possibilities for portable devices, compact setups, and new arcade hardware. Linux gives cabinet builders and enthusiasts another flexible foundation for dedicated arcade systems.

A QUICK NOTE ON TIMING

We are not announcing a release date today. We would rather share tested milestones than promise a date too early.

We will share progress, requirements, supported configurations, and rollout details through our official channels as development continues.

GAMES AND LEGAL USE

TeknoParrot does not provide game files or other copyrighted game content, and we do not condone piracy.

Every user must obtain their games legally and use only game data they own or are legally authorized to use. Users are responsible for following the laws that apply in their country or region.
