@British_Airways Thanks Leanne! Do we have to book the bassinet at the check-in desk or will it automatically be on the aircraft? I read all the info on pushchairs on the link you gave me, but it doesn't answer my question: what about buggies that come as a 2-pieces set (chassis + cot)?

@VodafoneUK dreadful customer service!!They made a mistake in cancelling broadband,now they charge 113£!Impossible to get hold of them on the phone,when they promise to call back they don't do it!!Can't even undo their own mistakes, via chat! Waste of time trying to contact them

#Vodafone dreadful customer service!!!moved house 1month ago,couldn't provide same speed and instead of cancelling broadband for free they r charging 113£!!for a month chatting with them and TRYING to call (almost impossible to get hold)!told me they'd call me back and never did!
