@instagram and @Meta have done nothing to stop help me retrieve my account and stop the hacker stealing my identity, messaging contacts and convincing them to buy Bitcoin, scamming them. Friends are losing money over this.

My @instagram business account was hacked 10 days ago, I have received no support or replies from @instagram @Meta @facebookapp This is identity fraud and people are losing money to the hacker. I am shocked at how bad customer service and security is of these companies.
