Saludo
@megabusuk Hi @megabusuk, on Monday, November 7th I’m thinking about booking Megabus coach from Leeds to Manchester Airport. However, I want to make sure Megabus is running as usual on Monday? I know the strikes don’t affect you but I want to make sure there won’t be any cancellation?
Most guys don’t look in the mirror & see a problem. But it’s staring us in the face. Sexual violence begins long before you think it does. #DontBeThatGuy
Hace unas semanas se publicó un estudio de la Faculty of Human, Social, and Political Science de Cambrige sobre la influencia de las redes sociales en la salud mental.

Okay maybe this will help someone:
Our brains are not naturally wired for success only for survival.
So that big goal that you’re currently trying to hit is seen as a threat.
To overcome this resistance you must remind yourself it’s safe to succeed.
Train your brain.
Over the past year, if you didn’t master the guitar, launch a business, or write the great American novel, it doesn’t mean you lack discipline.
It means you were doing your best to stay afloat during a FREAKING PANDEMIC.
Just surviving is an accomplishment to celebrate.

Leaders: How much should I pay my employees?
Data: More.
Under financial scarcity, people are less productive—and score 13% worse on IQ tests.
Raise their salary, and they work harder and smarter to earn it. When people feel valued, they add value.

Companies can make whatever excuses they want for not keeping remote/hybrid models at work, but it comes down to one thing...they're unwilling to change how they manage. If being in-person is what builds trust at your workplace, that isn't trust; that's control.
Interesting article to rethink our understanding of #mentalhealth and #wellbeing: "We still live in a world that normalizes physical health challenges but stigmatizes mental health challenges. “Not depressed” doesn’t mean you’re not struggling." https://t.co/PMPQPftLcg
Can we talk about managerial incompetence.
It’s a major issue and will push out great talent. Companies need to be sure they are promoting people into management roles that are qualified and have people skills!
Micromanaging has to stop. It screams insecure manager.
Companies please invest in your people leaders. Coach them to be stronger leaders and trust their team.
