💡40% worked overtime for 15+ minutes on the last shift
💡Emotional exhaustion linked to supervisor support and overtime, while intention to leave tied to perceived control, supervisor support, and overtime

💡 Units that frequently deployed temporary nurses had slightly higher levels of nurse burnout and intention to leave the profession, but no differences in staffing levels were found
