I was disappointed to see SGA out of the lineup again this run and not being able to play my RIB Origins of Shai in his Clipper jersey. But it is still a strong lineup tonight.

NCAAF Friday Night
Washington @ Rutgers 8EST;
Welcome to the BIG10 Huskies! Nothing like an inter-conference game clear across the country.
This is a terrible spot for Washington as they face a suddenly good Rutgers squad that will be ranked if they can win tonight. Iβll take the home team.
Pick: Rutgers (-1.5) vs Washington

NCAAF Week 5 Picks
This was the most memorable scene from last week's games as the the Buffalos finished off a miraculous comeback. The needed a last second Hail Mary and an OT goal line fumble by Baylor to complete the miracle that culminated in a field storming by the rabid fans.
This game sets the foundation for my picks this week.
Colorado @ UCF 330 EST
Beating Baylor was an excellent result for Coach Prime and the Buffaloes. But I expect a major letdown after that last game. The Knights will also pose a far stiffer test this week than even the Bears did.
UCF is a quality team that is likely to be ranked in the coming weeks. They have a major advantage in the rushing game and line of scrimmage in this matchup and I expect them to dominate time off possession. This game shapes up to be a blow out and I'm laying the points here.
Play of Week: UCF (-14) Vs Colorado
Baylor Vs BYU 1200 EST
BYU had an impressive win against ranked Kansas St last week. But anyone who watched that game will know the game was far closer than the 38-9 score.
Baylor played well enough to win last week and I think they can rebound in this spot.
My Pick: Baylor (-3) Vs BYU

TNF: Cowboys (-5.5) @ Giants, 815 EST
I don't like ether of these teams right now.
The Cowboys were the most over-hyped team coming into the season and have once again disappointed through three weeks. But the one thing the Cowboys are consistently good at is beating bad teams and cannot win the big games.
And the Giants are exactly that, bad. They showed some life last week beating the Browns, but I was not impressed by that..
This should be an ugly game with plenty of sacks, turnovers and penalties on each side the ball. If the Cowboys streak out to a three score lead, it leaves the door open for the Giants to get some garbage time passing yards and points.
You can look to the overs on both QB props for passing yards; Prescott (255.5) and Daniels (199.5). I see plenty of points scored in this game so I'll take the over.
My Pick: Cowboys/Giants Over (44.5)

Who is Diana Taurasi?
It was only a few short months ago that I did not know the answer to this. It turned out she is considered one of the goats of women's basketball. I had no idea.
Now she will forever be remembered as the woman who said that dumb sh*t about Caitlin Clark and took her spot on the Olympic team.
Taurasi is expected to retire and play her last WNBA game tomorrow when the Mercury lose their first-round series to Minnesota.

Jayden Daniels, an All-Star is born.
It was a break-out night for Jayden Daniels last night as he led the Commanders to a 38-33 victory in Cincinnati.
Stats: 21/23 passing for 254 yards and 39 rushing. He also threw for his first two career TDs and had a walk-in rushing TD.
Daniels takes over as the new favorite for ROY at +150.

Monday Night Football: Bills Vs Jaguars
Usually, I wouldn't say I like riding teams that have won and covered in consecutive weeks. The Jaguars will also be desperate starting the season 0-2, so this seems like a potential trap game for the Bills. But this line still seems too low to me since Buffalo looks like the best team in the NFL to start the season.
The Jaguars have struggled to defend deep passes and haven't been able to pressure opposing quarterbacks consistently this season. Meanwhile, the Bills, led by Josh Allen, excel when the defense can't get pressure, making them dangerous in the air. With the Jaguars' strong run defense, Buffalo will likely rely on Allen's passing game tonight.
I will ride the Bills one more week until the line makers over-adjust and then look to fade them in the middle third of the season when they typically fall back to the pack.
My Pick: Bills (-5.5) Vs Jaguars
I had a pretty good weekend already going 2/3 on both NFL and NCAFF including a couple of underdogs that won outright in Michigan and the Giants.

NFL Week 3 Picks
Browns Vs Giants 1EST;
Every year, one team is devastated by injuries at nearly every position. The Browns seem to be that team this year. They have 19 players on IR including Myles Garret, 2023 DPOY. He might play today through his foot injury but isn't near 100%.
Nick Chubb is still out and CLE cannot run the ball. Deshaun Watson is still terrible, and the defense isn't getting any turnovers. I know the Giants suck but both of these teams will be at the bottom of the standing at year's end. I'll take the points.
Pick: Giants (+6.5) @ Browns
Seahawks Vs Dolphins 4EST;
The Dolphins were an overrated team even with Tua behind center. Miami has no identity without him. Skylar Thompson can expect a tonne of pressure and Tyreek will be locked down like a Dade County cop on his back. The Dolphins traditionally also do not travel well to the West Coast.
Pick: Seahawks (-4.5) Vs Dolphins
Falcons Vs Chiefs 820 EST;
The Chiefs are very fortunate to be 2-0 this season needing two last-second plays to beat the Ravens and Benaglas. They go on the road today for the first time and I expect their luck to end. No team wins more one-score games than the Chiefs. Maybe they are clutch, or if you prefer to think they get more than their share of referee calls so getting the (+3) is key for Atlanta.
Regardless, the Falcons are a decent team that should challenge for the division title. I expect them to get it done tonight in primetime and get the outright win.
Pick: Falcons (+3) Vs Chiefs

NCAAF Week 4 Picks
Nebraska Vs Illinois, Fri 8pm
I'm quietly buying a ticket on the Cornhusker hype train. They have over-performed expectations so far this season and they may be a very good team.
If they continue winning the turnover battle that plagued them last year, they may be in the running for a playoff bid. Road games at Ohio St and USC are likely losses, but they should be favorites in every other game this season.
My Pick: Nebraska (-7.5) Vs Illinois
Michigan Vs USC, 3:30 EST
I have successfully faded the Wolverines twice already this season. They got trounced by Texas as home dogs two weeks ago. But here is a little secret, USC is not Texas. Maybe nobody is this season.
The USC hype takes off every year and always seems to lose steam by mid-season. Michigan has a new QB on Alex Orji and the Wolverines will be desperate for a win Saturday. This game has upset written all over it.
My pick: Michigan (+5.5) vs USC
Oklahoma St Vs Utah, 4:00 EST
I have not been impressed with the Cowboys and they were very fortunate to get past Arkansas. The Utes should be the better team on both sides of the ball in this game and we are getting a couple of points to boot.
My pick: Utah (+2.5) @ Oklahoma St

Last week I made a list of the worst QBs in the NFL right now. I missed the obvious honorable mention of Will Levis after he committed what may become the worst fumble of the year.
NFL Week 2 Picks - Worst QB List
This week's theme is the three worst QBs currently in the league, Caleb Williams, Daniel Jones, & Dashawn Watson.
Rookie Caleb Williams was bad last going 14/29 for 98 yards. It was his first career start, so I can give him a pass for a few weeks. But for now, he is a definite downgrade to Justin Fields from last year. Let's hope he gets much better and has a great career, but for now I'm fading him.
I faded Daniel Jones last week as the Giants managed only 6 points against the Vikings. The Giants have few options here also and are destined for a two win season. I'll fade them again this week even against a bad Commanders team.
Deshawn Watson is not an NFL QB. This guy is a major distraction and has almost single handedly ruined the team budget for multiple years. The Browns should just cut this guy with three years and about $120M left on his contract. Backup Jameis Winston would be an immediate improvement and will be the starter before the season is half over.
This Weeks Picks:
Jaguars (-3) -120 Vs Browns POD
Commanders (-1.5) Vs Giants
Texans (-6) Vs Bears
