I’ve been fishing this rod for going on 18 years now. It’s caught trout in the Smokies, cichlids in SW Florida, and now it’s helped teach my sons to fish. Nothing like a rod with history. 🎣🐟👍🏻

While photographing last night, I spotted this hummingbird at my feeder with clear signs of candidiasis — a serious fungal infection that can be fatal.
Visible symptoms:
• Tongue appears "broken," bent, or flopped over
• Tongue stuck to the roof of the mouth
• Struggling to feed

This spreads quickly through dirty feeders and spoiled nectar.
Take action immediately:
• Remove all feeders right away
• Clean all feeders thoroughly (1:9 bleach solution or hot soapy water/vinegar)
• Use only fresh 1:4 white sugar-to-water nectar (no honey, brown sugar, or red dye)
• Change nectar & clean feeders every 2–3 days (1–2 in warm weather)
