Anyone having trouble with IONOS design services. Just signed up, booked a consultation and they didn’t call or return two voicemails. £50 a month….worth it??
@opodo your customer service is BAD. Followed email to change booking. Charged £110 extra to change a flexible ticket. Reminder sent for previously booked flights. Customer service ‘you can learn from it you won’t make the same mistake next time you book with us’ #badservice
