I'm joking about capping Coach Pay. Coach Pay should not be capped. We should let natural market forces play this out. If they do, I think we'll probably get $150M in roster spend in the next half-decade, and coaches will still be highly paid, but just not so out of whack compared to roster spend as it is compared to the other major sports in the United States.
