The Selective Service Act was passed in 1917. The 19th Amendment guaranteeing the vote to women was in 1920. Think about that! Jimmy Carter killed the ERA in 1980 by imposing Draft registration, for men only, based on that we never repealed the Selective Service Act. Where is the equality?

@jeffhunt May shock you, but Republicans were very "pro-pot" 30 years ago. Not because they wanted the pot, but because they wanted their competition to be handicapped! Of course, back then, Democrats could be considered competition. Today? Not so much.
