@LauraLangton5 @Hertz I feel you. After a 30hr flight from korea, and driving 27hrs cross country on what was supposed to be unlimited mileage with their military government program, they billed us an additional $800 for mileage and nobody can explain why!

@lufthansa Your msgs say I can check in and then 2 different errors saying I can't. I called the UK number at 0371 945 9747 and they said they can't check me in and I have to arrive 3 hrs earlier to check in? Why isn't your app or website working to avoid this inconvenience?
