This is how @NCSU_DEPP rolls at #EntSoc23. A quick us-ie before our next student talks. We are getting our steps in as we zigzag across the conference center!
Last month I had the pleasure to be in the fields with many versions of Edward Scissorhands. They helped me out so much with the defoliation of double crop and full season soybeans! We are reevaluating the defoliation thresholds for NC.
Loved sharing my favorite ‘magic bean’ with students and families at @NCExtension’s Farm Animal Days 2023. So fun! And the @ncsoybeans goodies were a big hit! 😁 @SchardongIgor @NCStatesoybeans
Had a wonderful time representing @NCStatesoybeans in Stokes County for #AgDay yesterday! A beautiful day to talk about soybeans, grower decisions, and future jobs in ag with the local FFA students. 🥰
Great job by @NCSU_DEPP graduate student @ThayPossebom for doing an excellent job presenting her @ncsoybeans funded work with @DominicDReisig on corn earworm management differences between indeterminate and determinate varieties at the NC Commodity Conference #ThinkandDo
Very proud of the @NCStateCALS and @NC_PSI graduate students who shared their research at the NC Commodity Conference this week. Congrats to our winners who presented on their projects to the growers and Ag industry this morning! @NCExtension@CropAndSoil@NCSU_DEPP
Our first NC Commodities Conference. I’m looking forward to the poster session with two @NCSU_DEPP grad students @BeansNBugs and @ThayPossebom presenting their work on #soybean and pest management.
