Some people wonder if Bear Blocks are strong enough for their weight. Our stress tests show that a 420 lbs person doing a handstand would cause 1mm of temporary deflection at the very tip of the block. So... indestructible. Yeah baby.

Planks are a great workout for your entire core, but you can up your game by going down to your elbows and back up. Just make sure you keep your core tight so you don't strain your back!
This is pretty cool! I assume it only works in English, but point if it is universal that's for sure. Attitude > Hard work > Knowledge

It's crazy to look back on the where Bear Blocks started. These are the first blocks, cut from 4x4 pressure-treated posts. I was shocked (honestly) that they worked as well as they did right off the bat! They sure don't look sturdy though do they!? ๐๐

Mountain climbers are one of the best exercises for working your abs and making them burn. Do this exercise with some intensity & you'll definitely get your heart rate up while also working your shoulders and arms! If your wrists/elbows hurt doing them try using Bear Blocks!
