@TeamYouTube that is how I created my new channel. I was elligible to create a new channel. Your Ai has made a mistake in detecting any wrongdoing on my part, I waited 2 years before making a new channel.
I helped do my part to make sure youtube was a safe place. I reported Neo Nazis.
