@elonmusk I’m in the private sector. I have done this exercise and while it produces many beneficial results the effort is not always worth it. Personally, I found setting metrics for the team to achieve leads to better results for both the individual and the org. An email is not that.

@JustinWGrote I think you are assuming all of this is happening in Azure. Many pull informations out of Azure and into another system that may not be able to reference the type.
Many teams to use names as a single source for identification in all things. I.e. Names in AD accounts.
