@JamesOberdank @nytimes It is not legal in the netherlands smoking weed. Only what they call allowed until you cause trouble by the odor of it, smoking in presence of others such as children etc. And those so called tourists are now also using coke and crack outside....

@nytimes Amsterdam simply does not want to have a lot of foreign junkies, they got enough of those domestic. If u only come to amsterdam for the weed, well better 10 japanese or chinese tourists then one foreign weed junkie
